Cancellation Policy,

Life events happen and things change. We require a 24 hour cancellation notice. If client cancels or reschedule within 24 hours, the credit card on file will be charged 50% of the service value . For no show appointments, Card on file will be charged the amount of the scheduled service.

All fees must be paid prior to your next appointment. Pre-paid sessions (ie: treatment plans, gift certificates, gift cards) and fees are nonrefundable.

Please understand we provide services by appointment only, we do not double book clients, and when you cancel or miss your appointment without proper notice, we are unable to fill the appointment slot in short notice. This is an inconvenience to your massage therapist and to other clients as well, who otherwise will miss the chance to receive the services they need.
